AUTUMN 2023 SEASONAL LUNCH

Margan Restaurant

We were treated to a 4 course degustation in the beautiful Margan barrel room accompanied by wines from First Creek, Margan, Peter Drayton and Thomas Wines.

This was a sellout event and a fantastic day. Prior to lunch, Tony Schifilliti, Head Chef at Sydney’s three hat restaurant Sixpenny gave a very informative demonstration on koji-based fermentation.

Tony also showcased his Cura Seasonings brand. By using non-traditional ingredients, his seasonings bring perfect balance to any dish and we enjoyed these throughout the 4 courses.
