SPRING 2019 SEASONAL LUNCH

Restaurant Mason at Longworth House

Guest were treated to a workshop and tasting on Appellation Oysters by Paul Ryder of Australia's Oyster Coast. This was also accompanied by a Semillon tasting by Nicole Wilson, Winemaker from Margan Family Wines.

Following the workshop, all guests enjoyed canapes and 3 courses from Restaurant Mason and Mason Catering. Thank you to Chris Thornton, Kyle Whitbourne and all the team for their great food and hospitality. It was a great turnout for our first HCA Seasonal Lunch in Newcastle.
